As President Donald Trump lands in London for a two-day trip that will feature a joint press conference with British Prime Minister Theresa May and tea with the queen, his wife Melania will spend time in London-a place her husband has reportedly taken pains to avoid.

Trump and May met in England on Thursday to discuss a host of bilateral issues, including what a US-UK trade deal would look like following Britain's eventual departure from the EU.

He claims that Brexit voters may not get "what they voted for".

Earlier this week Mr Trump said it was "up to the people" whether the prime minister stayed on after two cabinet ministers resigned over her Brexit policy.

Speaking in Brussels as he wrapped up a contentious North Atlantic Treaty Organisation summit, Trump shrugged off concerns over demonstrations, saying he had "great friendships" in Britain, where his mother was born. Another 13 percent said they didn't know.

Asked if his trip to Menie had been arranged to coincide with his father's presidential visit, Eric said: "We had it planned a little bit before and they happened to link up, so it's exciting".

Trump has always been a Brexit supporter and has expressed enthusiasm for a wide-ranging trade deal with Britain after Brexit, something heralded by eurosceptics as being one of the great benefits of exiting the bloc.

May is trying to unify her deeply divided Conservative Party behind her Brexit plans with some of her own lawmakers openly speaking of a leadership challenge. This is a working, not a state visit. Around 50 percent think the visit should go ahead, compared with 37 percent who think the visit should be canceled.

Kavanaugh later contributed to prosecutor Kenneth Starr's report into Clinton's affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky. Kavanaugh became Trump's second lifetime appointment to the nation's highest judicial body in his 18 months in office.

Gorgeous said that they have worked closely with the Metropolitan Police and other march organisers - along with the people behind London's planned LGBTQ+ Community Centre, which are providing stewards - to co-ordinate the day.

"I think whenever his detractors go after him, it makes him double down and it actually encourages him to keep going and prove everybody wrong", she said.

"It's an opportunity to reach a free trade agreement that creates jobs and growth here in the UK and right across the United States".

But Donald Trump is not just any leader.

"However, let's not throw Trump Baby out with the bathwater - he'd be a welcome sight at any of the many protests happening across Scotland over the course of the visit".

Trump confidant Chris Ruddy believes the President, who is due to fly into the United Kingdom today, will not react how people think he will to the balloon. "Be aware of your surroundings (and) exercise caution if unexpectedly in the vicinity of large gatherings that may become violent", it added. A protest was expected to take place near Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, the venue for President Trump " s black-tie dinner with Theresa May.

The pair will then travel to Chequers - the PM's country residence in Buckinghamshire - for talks with the foreign secretary.
