Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy is set to test crisis club Aston Villa's insistence they will not sell Jack Grealish for under £40 million by making a bid for the midfielder.

News of Wyness' suspension will come as a crushing blow to Villa, with the club having narrowly missed out on promotion back to the riches of the Premier League.

The outstanding amount is likely to be paid swiftly after the club missed a tax payment on Friday, heightening growing fears of financial issues with Villa needing to find around £40million to comply with Financial Fair Play.

Grealish is likely to provide Villa's biggest cash boost to the coffers as the club look to stabilize after years of overspending.

James Chester has also been linked with a move while fellow defender John Terry will leave on a free and full-back Alan Hutton is expected to depart when his contract expires at the end of the month as the club cuts costs.

Voters to decide state, federal, local races in CA primary
Across the country in Montclair, N.J., Lynnette Joy Baskinger, a psychotherapist, said she's fed up with the Republicans. In California's unusual top-two primary system , all these Democrats and Republicans are competing on the same ballot.

There's a bit of uncertainty around Villa Park after losing to Fulham in the Championship Playoff Final at Wembley and thus missing out on a berth in next season's Premier League.

The club released a statement, following Tony Xia's latest update on Twitter, announcing that the club had reached an agreement with HMRC and that plans are being put in place to help move the club forward.

The 41-year-old Chinese businessman is also understood to have short-term cash flow problems because of strict rules about money leaving his native country.

He is keen to remain in charge but there are at least three parties interested in buying the club.

"We implore AVFC to immediately give our supporters a meaningful update on the current situation".
