Ohio State has Big Ten's second-easiest 2018 schedule; Florida potential Joe Burrow landing spot

The Ohio State quarterback took to twitter on Tuesday to announce that he is in fact entering the grad transfer market.

Buckeyes coach Urban Meyer said earlier this spring he hoped all his quarterbacks from spring football would continue the competition into training camp, but Burrow's decision to transfer gives Haskins an unimpeded path to the starting role.

"I came here to play, I didn't come here to sit on the bench for four years", Burrow said after completing 15 of 22 passes for 238 yards and two touchdowns. When Barrett had to be removed from the MI game with a knee injury, Haskins went 6-of-7 through the air for 94 yards and led three scoring drives in the Buckeyes' 31-20 comeback win.

In a conclusion that has been suspected for months, quarterback Joe Burrow will not finish his college career at Ohio State.

Despite being the longest tenured Buckeye option at quarterback, Burrow never separated himself from the rest as the heir apparent to Barrett. Meanwhile, Tate Martell did not see the field at all as he was redshirted. Burrow's decision regarding LSU could ultimately come down to his fit with Orgeron and offensive coordinator Steve Ensminger. While with the Buckeyes, Burrow accumulated 287 yards and 2 touchdowns. Burrow, who'd have instant eligibility elsewhere, would be highly coveted if he leaves Columbus.

The problems for the 76ers really started off with their top talent, and that is not something the Celtics are worrying about. Not only did they declare that they had control of the series , they also stated that they are more than superstar power.

Many schools have been linked to Burrow in recent weeks, even before the news of his transfer became public.

But on Monday, Burrow was not officially available, on Tuesday he is. Burrow's dad, Jimmy, and brothers Jamie and Dan all played football for the Huskers. He can step right in and play for a name brand coach in Frank Solich, and do so in an offense that is tailored to his style.

Burrow, who graduated from Ohio State last weekend, now can transfer penalty free as a graduate student.

Speaking of OH, in-state options like OH and Cincinnati could also be in the mix.
