Raid on Trump's Lawyer Sought Records on 'Access Hollywood' Tape

The Times reported that it was unclear what Trump and Cohen discussed during their call but noted it "could be problematic for both men, as lawyers often advise their clients not to talk to each other during investigations".

Trump's lawyers on Friday sought to intervene in Cohen's criminal proceedings, citing worries about federal agents rifling through attorney-client information that may be related to Trump. First, prosecutors revealed in court documents that the raiding of Cohen's home and office on Tuesday was spurred by a criminal investigation over his business dealings that has been going on for months, completely separate from Special Counsel Robert Mueller's probe.

A NY federal district court spokesman says there will be a hearing related to the search warrant executed this week for records belonging to President Donald Trump's personal attorney, Michael Cohen. The latter, has alleged that she had sex once in 2006 with Trump and was paid money shortly before the 2016 US presidential election to keep quiet about it.

Elliott Broidy, who helped raise millions of dollars for Trump's 2016 presidential campaign, stepped down from his position as deputy finance chair of the Republican National Committee, the RNC said.

She ordered the lawyers - including Cohen - to return to court Monday with more details, including a list of Cohen's clients.

But when the judge demanded that Cohen's lawyers provide some proof that Cohen has any other clients beyond the commander in chief, they twice came back empty-handed. Cohen merely denied that he had traveled to Prague recently.

Nine potential targets to replace Hornacek as Knicks head coach
The loss brought New York's record to 29-53, and left the Knicks with the ninth best odds in next month's NBA Draft Lottery. The Knicks finished the season with a record of 29-53, which now has them picking 9th in the NBA Draft.

According to CNN, Cohen told photographers who captured him smoking cigars with his friends to send all the great pictures they'd taken of him to his mother. Sources who spoke to McClatchy told the publication that "investigators have traced evidence that Cohen entered the Czech Republic through Germany".

The source said Cohen recorded some calls he had with attorney Keith Davidson, who at the time represented both Daniels and McDougal. "... He is the President of the United States".

However, on April 9, federal agents executed search warrants against Cohen as part of an ongoing criminal investigation - leading to the request to put the civil case brought by Daniels on hold. Daniels opposes the request; her response to Friday evening's request is due by 6 p.m. PT Monday.

At a hearing Manhattan federal courtroom, Assistant U.S. Attorney Tom McKay accused Cohen of trying to cover up behind a legal philosophy known as attorney-client privilege in order to avoid disclosing materials about the president as well as additional scenarios.

Above what Federal Bureau of Investigation agents seized from Cohen uncertainty will come in to if his campaign colluded together with Russian Federation since Trump confronts an intensifying stunt by unique Counsel Robert Mueller.

In any case, as previously reported, all seized materials are subject to review by a special "taint team" (make your own joke) to make sure they're not protected.
