The Samsung Galaxy S9 series is already available in some regions, however, the global release of the device is scheduled for March 16 which means that more markets should receive the new flagship phones in less than 24 hours from the time of this writing. The electronics maker on Wednesday announced that it is partnering with uBreakiFix, an independent repairs chain, to bring same-day, in-person fix service for more users of various Galaxy handsets in the US. Samsung is planning to expand this uBreakifix program throughout the 2018 year.

Phone owners can schedule an appointment at a uBreakiFix service locations via the company's site or come with the device at the location and require assistance. uBreakiFix service shops use only genuine parts and proprietary Samsung instruments when they do the repairs. The new service will offer US customers assistance anywhere and anytime they needed. By early 2019, Samsung and uBreakiFix plan to add almost 200 more Samsung Care authorized uBreakiFix service locations to expand customer reach.

The Samsung Care service has already been present in major U.S. metro area.
