"Even several credit rating agencies like World Bank have given positive opinion about India", Modi said.

The 68-day long budget session of Parliament begins on Monday with the ceremonial address of President Ram Nath Kovind at the joint sitting of both the Houses in the Central Hall.

The session will also witness the Government making all out efforts to pass key pending Bills, including politically sensitive triple talaq Bill by narrowing down the differences on it with the Opposition, particularly the Congress.

Addressing the floor leaders of the various parties in the Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha, Prime Minister Modi said the government accords importance to issues raised by the parties and urged their leaders to create a "constructive atmosphere for the national good".

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will present the Budget 2018 for the fiscal year 2018-19 on February 1.
